Skin Boutique Medical Aesthetics is a modern aesthetic studio serving clients in LA and Orange County area. Our practice offers a variety of facial and body skin rejuvenation treatments including dermal fillers, neurotoxins (i.e. Botox, Dysport, & Daxxify), microneedling, hair restoration, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), skin tightening with radio-frequency, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare products.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Gwen Bijayayothin, DNP, FNP-C
Gwen is a doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner. Her background is Thai and Vietnamese.
She moved from Thailand to California in 2002. She went to college in California and obtained her first nursing degree in 2007. Since then, she has been continuing her education while working as a Registered Nurse. In 2015, She decided to advance her career and went to Western University of Health Science where she received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. At the time, she received a nationally recognized honor award from Who’s Who Among Students at American Universities and Colleges. In 2019, Gwen obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from California State University of Fullerton/ Long Beach/ Los Angeles where she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and Honor Society of Nursing. She acquired certifications in nonsurgical medical aesthetic procedures from training courses and accredited workshops in 2018. She continues to receive more advanced training on a regular basis while at work and other accredited programs.
With over 19 years of experience in healthcare, Gwen has been working in various settings and roles as well as medical/surgical, family, obstetrics & gynecology, emergency, and aesthetic medicine. For the last 8 years, she has been working as a Nurse practitioner in an outpatient setting mostly in aesthetic and emergency medicine. She found that these two specialties are a great balance for her career and she is very fascinated by these two fields. Her love for aesthetic medicine stands out more than others because this field allows her to combine things that she loves like beauty and science. In addition, she is able to help others to look and feel good about themselves.
Dr. Diana Nguyen Pham, MD
Diana Nguyen Pham, MD, is a physician and Medical Director with more than 25 years of clinical experience spanning aesthetic medicine, wellness, and whole-person care. She is committed to fostering safe, ethical, and patient-centered practices while helping individuals look and feel their best in ways that honor both natural beauty and overall well-being.
Grounded in evidence-based medicine and extensive hands-on experience, Dr. Nguyen Pham’s aesthetic expertise includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), and a broad range of laser and radiofrequency technologies. Her approach emphasizes clinical safety, precision, individualized treatment planning, and refined, natural-looking results.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Nguyen Pham brings thoughtful leadership to clinical oversight, provider education, treatment protocols, and quality-of-care standards. She values collaboration, professional integrity, and creating environments in which both patients and practitioners feel respected, informed, and supported.
Dr. Nguyen Pham believes that lasting wellness is best supported by considering the whole person. Her philosophy encourages mindfulness, self-awareness, grounded living, and a healthy connection among mind, body, and spirit. She believes that when people feel centered, authentic, and well supported, their vitality and confidence naturally shine through.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Nguyen Pham is a Kundalini Reiki Master and certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, as well as a lifelong student of mindfulness and personal growth. These disciplines deepen the compassion, presence, and perspective she brings to her professional relationships and leadership.
